3600 Terms & Conditions — Platform Terms of Use
This document sets out the terms governing the use of the 3600 platform by all users in Malaysia. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services.
Effective date: 1 January 2026. These Terms are subject to amendment from time to time.
1. Acceptance of Terms and User Eligibility
By accessing, registering for, or using the 3600 platform in any way, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of this document, you are not permitted to use our services.
Use of the 3600 platform is restricted to individuals who:
- Are aged 18 or above at the time of registration;
- Are a valid Malaysian citizen or resident;
- Not prohibited by local laws from participating in online gambling activities;
- Registering as an individual (not on behalf of a business entity or third party).
3600 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Accounts found to be non-compliant with the above requirements may be suspended or closed without prior notice.
2. Account Creation, Security and User Responsibilities
Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the 3600 platform. Creating multiple accounts under the same individual — even using different information — is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended and their balances forfeited.
During registration, you are required to provide truthful, accurate, and current information. This includes your full name, date of birth, phone number, and payment details. 3600 may request verification documents at any time as part of the Know Your Customer (KYC) process.
You are solely responsible for:
- Keeping your password and account login details confidential;
- All activity conducted under your account, whether authorised or not;
- Notifying 3600 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account;
- Keeping your personal information up to date and accurate.
3600 shall not be liable for any losses arising from a user's failure to safeguard their account details.
3. Payments, Transactions and Financial Policy
All transactions on the 3600 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Supported deposit methods include FPX (Malaysian online banking), GrabPay, and local bank transfers. Deposits are typically credited within a few minutes to one business day, depending on the method selected.
Users are responsible for ensuring that deposits are made using a payment method registered in their own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension pending investigation.
Regarding withdrawals:
- Withdrawals will only be processed to a bank account held in the same name as the 3600 account holder;
- 3600 reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing withdrawals that exceed certain limits;
- Withdrawal processing times range from 1–5 business days depending on the amount and method selected;
- Any bonuses or promotional credits may be subject to separate wagering requirements before withdrawals are permitted.
3600 reserves the right to decline or delay any transaction suspected of involving fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity. Any payment-related issues may be referred through our our FAQ.
4. Platform Usage Rules and Limitation of Liability
Users agree to use the 3600 platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes. The following are strictly prohibited:
- Using any unauthorised automated software, bots, scripts, or tools to interact with the platform;
- Attempting to manipulate game outcomes, odds systems, or payment mechanisms through technical means or fraudulent methods;
- Sharing or selling account access to any third party;
- Using the platform for money laundering or any criminal activity;
- Distributing content that is disruptive, defamatory, or unlawful to other users or 3600 staff.
3600 makes no guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption or technical errors at all times. We shall not be liable for any losses arising from service disruptions, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control.
3600's liability under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the user in the 30 days preceding the claim. Our liability does not extend to anticipated profits, indirect losses, or punitive damages.
5. Account Policy, Intellectual Property and Third-Party Links
Account Suspension and Closure
3600 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice in the event of a breach of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or upon request from the relevant authorities. Users whose accounts are closed due to a breach may not be entitled to recover any associated account balance.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting the 3600 support team. Once the request has been processed, any eligible balance will be returned to the original payment method within the stipulated timeframe.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 3600 platform — including logos, interface design, text, graphics, software code, and brand names — is the exclusive property of 3600 or its licensors. Users are not permitted to reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any of this content without prior written consent from 3600.
Third-Party Links and Services
The 3600 platform may contain links or integrations to third-party services such as payment processors. 3600 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third parties. Use of third-party services is entirely at the user's own risk.
6. Amendments to Terms and Governing Law
3600 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice to individual users. Amendments take effect immediately upon being published on this page. Continued use of the 3600 platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
It is the user's responsibility to check this page periodically to stay informed of the latest applicable terms. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will indicate when the most recent amendments were made.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall first be resolved through negotiation. Should negotiation fail, the dispute will be referred to the relevant courts of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia.
Should any provision of these Terms and Conditions be found invalid or unenforceable, it shall be reinterpreted to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, while all remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
